A new neighborhood is being developed on the North end of Aurora Island. Jimuari and b00ya are combining their hood and building experience to create a fun, social, and relaxing community. Actually, this is not the first time Isla Bonita has existed on there.com. Jimuari told me that he had a hood by the same name several years ago on there.com. However, that one was located much farther South from the present development.
When I talked to both of them regarding the impetus behind Isla Bonita, the words "drama-free" came up more than once. This is one of the main goals for their new community, and b00ya also said he would also like to keep any odd architecture out of the hood. I jokingly replied that my 50-foot-tall plastic alien would probably be banned from the premises.
Jim and b00ya would also like to keep the number of residences limited, perhaps 10 or fewer. As far as the social scene is concerned, b00ya said that he would like to create a new club with a tropical theme matching the island vibe. He also showed me an impressive deck area built exclusively for Gin tournaments. Card tournaments are always a draw at Mango Market, so I think this is a smart idea.
In addition to Jim and b00ya's homes, at least one person has put down a residence on Isla Bonita. The hood is also just a hop and a skip from both the Nitro Hood and Mango Market, so the location is convenient to both areas. I am excited to see the continued development of Isla Bonita and how it all turns out. If you think this particular community is a good fit for you, please contact Jimuari or b00ya.
Cazz_luv is the early leader in our M.M. Fantasy-Football league, and she is currently undefeated at 3 wins and zero losses. Quite impressive considering this is actually her first time playing fantasy football! She was very smart to draft RB Derrick Henry early on, who has enjoyed several big games so far.
Another shout-out goes to both cazz_luv and Z_NEU_X, who won Rowdi_Designs' 2k highest-score prize in Weeks 2 and 3, respectively. And there is one more win worth noting for cazz...CONGRATULATIONS on your recent wedding!!
Finally, a bit of fun with fantasy-football PUNISHMENTS, reserved for the team manager who finishes in last place in a league. I have read about some bizarre and hilarious ones online, and the video below does a nice job highlighting a few of them. My plan for our last-place manager is to walk the length of Aurora Island while wearing regular shoes and a costume -- so I would urge our managers to keep your line-ups updated at all times!

Matchup Overview
The AFC North rivalry takes center stage under the prime-time lights to kick off Week 4. Both teams enter tonight’s divisional showdown sitting at 2-1, looking to stake an early claim at the top of the division.
Pittsburgh comes into Cleveland riding early-season momentum, backed by clean execution and a +2 turnover margin. Their offense has been balanced, averaging 303.3 yards per game (207.7 passing / 95.7 rushing), leaning on ball security and sustained drives.
Cleveland relies heavily on its defense at home to set the tone. Their offense is averaging 266.0 total yards per game (178.3 passing / 87.7 rushing) and has struggled to stay on the field, converting just 30.6% of third downs. In what expectedly projects as a classic AFC North defensive grind, winning the short field will be critical.
Keys to the Game
Pressure vs. Protection: Containing Cleveland's pass rush at home will be Pittsburgh's primary test. Keeping the pocket clean on third-and-medium will determine whether the Steelers can push past a low projected total.
Third-Down Efficiency: The Browns must fix their early-down struggles to avoid setting up obvious passing situations, where Pittsburgh's defense excels at forcing costly errors.
Turnover Margin: Through three weeks, Pittsburgh has protected the football effectively. In a game with a tight 38.5 over/under, a single mistake could decide the outcome.
Tale of the Tape

Quick Blog Take
Expect a rugged, physical battle off Lake Erie. With both teams seeking control in a tightly packed AFC North, defensive stops and field position will weigh heavily. If Pittsburgh maintains its disciplined approach and limits negative plays, they hold the edge—but night games in Cleveland are rarely simple.
Prediction: Steelers 20, Browns 16
