The Weekend...

I hosted another event on May 9th, Saturday at my cafe, and a group of us watched the latest episode of Big Old Boats on YouTube. If you have not seen this series and enjoy maritime history, I highly recommend giving it a chance. This particular episode covered the history of lighthouses on the Eddystone Reef, a treacherous area located off the coast of England.

You know the content is good when late arrivals will not depart until watching the entire video -- isn't that right, Sal? lol

Here is a link in case you would like to check out this particular episode:

Big Old Boats

I've been slacking a bit recently in terms of hosting events at my cafe, but I am looking to pick up the pace in the next couple months. Look for a a future podcast event that covers the Guyana tragedy with Jim Jones.

I also attended Kiry's weekend Buggy-Bash event for the umpteenth time. I was joking with a friend on there that people who participate are releasing their workplace frustrations and stress that build up during the week. And it's a good deal of fun as well.

Also would like to wish Bread a Happy Belated Birthday!
